Visiting Eastside Baptist Church

Visiting any church for the very first time can be a tough experience. Well, we want to put you at ease. Your first visit to Eastside Baptist will be refreshing, friendly, and enjoyable for your whole family. We want you to experience inspiring music, helpful teaching and preaching, friendly people, and a place where you feel welcome and “at home”! Here are a few answers to your questions and what you might expect on your first visit.

When are your services?

Sunday School – 10:00 AM
Sunday Morning Worship – 11:00 AM
Sunday Evening Worship – 6:00 PM
Wednesday Prayer Meeting and Bible Study – 7:30 PM
Worship is the act of loving and responding to God! Through the heart-warming, conservative music and the clear, Bible teaching and preaching in our services, your heart will be inspired to love and to respond to God. Each week, families are strengthened, encouraged, and drawn closer to Him through these special times together. Each service is carefully planned and prayed over so that God may work in your life!

How do I get to Eastside Baptist Church?

What to Expect

You can’t miss our growing campus at the intersection of Supper Club and Lebanon Road. You’ll recognize it by the sign in the front. As you approach the Sanctuary, one of our greeters will meet you and direct you to the right classes and services. They can also answer other questions you may have.
Families can attend the worship service where they enjoy the beautiful and inspiring music of the choir and soloists. The music is always followed by a clear, helpful, and challenging Bible message from Pastor Perkins. This service is a little over one hour in length. Also, during the 10:00 hour, there are Sunday School Classes. These classes are smaller group settings where you are invited to meet people and hear a teaching lesson more directly applicable to your life-stage.

Where do I take my Children?

At every service there are safe, clean, and highly staffed nurseries for children two years old and under.  When you arrive let one of our greeters will show you where the nursery is located so if you decide to use it you’ll have no problem finding it.

What do you have for Young People?

Our student ministries are broke down into categories: Kids 4 Christ, Teens, and Young Adults.  Each group has Sunday School classes specific to their age and current stage of life.  They meet at least once a month as a group either in our gym facility or activities away from the church campus.
We put a high priority on the discipleship of the young people at Eastside Baptist Church from Bible studies to Spiritual Growth Contests to encourage growing in the Lord.
